Pros

Overall it was a good stepping stone but not a long term career path. Good at vacation and time off (exception being RRSP season)

Cons

There is absolutely NO room for advancement unless you are in Toronto and even then it was hard to do unless you are apart of the "group". No additional education provided only that what was relevant to the job - CSC, IFIC, PFPC. Again its a stepping stone so get in and get out with some experience. Look for a corporation that has multiple divisions vs straight retail.

Pros

- 24 hour call center makes it great to work late nights and overtime. - They gave tuition reimbursement if you went to school majoring in a business field. - You get a lot of discounts just for working at TD Bank.

Cons

- You have to be good at sales in order to keep your job. - They not flexible with changing your shift. - You must work at least one weekend per week.
