Pros

Coworkers are great. Salary is good.

Cons

They put too much pressure on the employees. They threaten you when you havent met your goal. The Sr Management people do not know how to talk to employees unless it is a threat then they re nice to your face when they see you. Too many good people are leaving the bank and they cannot get new people to hire. All branches are understaffed. They are putting branch managers in branches who have no idea what it is like to be a branch manager. Out with the old "Commerce" people and in with the new "younger" crew. You have people who have been there for a long time feeling inadequate and like they do no know how to do their jobs.

Work Life Balance, Management support for personal development . Health and medical benefit , work from home opportunity, easy commute to work and ample parking space.

Cons

Salary not competitive when comes to other big banks in New England. The company is still in the process of restructuring.
