Canadians (6 banks total) believe that the US banking system (6,000+ banks) is broken and that their simplified view of the financial world is the best approach - it isn't!! Conservative culture for new account approval prevents you from achieving your revenue goals. LOTS of employee turnover - indicative of how they haven't gotten their act together yet. Every job I encountered was purely focused on sales, even if the job was more of a relationship management role. Be prepared to compete with your co-workers. Management doesn't care as long as business closes. Operations area is a tremendous hinderance - first, second, and last response from them is always NO.
