      Pros

      Convenient hours with shifts for every type of person. No discrimination. TD Lives by the WOW and no matter who you talk to you will get a smile out of them and helpful advice. Being a teenager in college I found myself moving up throughout the bank with so much room for growth and advancement. Wouldn't work at any other bank really.

      Cons

      I dont have any cons for this company. I have loved every day at work and I am thankful for having this job. If a CON is required.. Maybe additional parking could work lol Honestly I don't have any complaints or negatives.

      Pros

      Tuition reimbursement and flexibility with school schedules. There can be room to move up if you are located in the right store.

      Cons

      HR is one sided, if you are not a manager then your opinion is wrong, as part time the only form of time off is PTO and you PTO includes forced paid vacations for example Easter is 5 hrs of PTO this come out of you 20 Hrs so you only have 15.

      Pros

      You work in a highly professional environment. TDW is one of the top securities brokers in the country, you will be exposed to vast resources, and there are huge learning potential via internal partners.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with the "world class" operation that it is aspiring to become. Like all large companies, there are areas that are inefficiently-run. It is easy to develop a sense of complacency. The working environment can be disengaging at times. Due to its large size, opportunities for advancement is not easy.
