Pros

Plenty of opportunities for advancements. You can choose to stay in the advisory (sales) roles, or go into management. At the branch level, most employees are in their 20s or 30s and can be quite fun to work in such environment. Opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. Better than average benefits.

Cons

Average salary. Sales goals are really high, and can promote unhealthy competition within branches. Team work isn't as important as individual work. High turnover as employees kept trying to move up and get better pay.

Pros

They care about their employees, benefits, tuition reimbursement, location especially for those employees on the east coast as well as the banking perks and employee discounts.

Cons

The only downside would be not being able to access the bank since right now it is only located on the east coast.
