Pros

It is a great organization for you to start your career if you're planning to join the financial service industry. The culture of the bank is awesome, you will learn a lot from your day to day's.

Cons

Just like other customer service jobs, working at the branch could be stressful. Especially you're facing some no so happy clients or working as a sales person, you will have a sales goal that everyone expects you to meet.

Challenging and rewarding work. Very Customer focused in every aspect of the business. Back-Office employees are very front office, Store oriented.

Cons

Compensation could improve, but otherwise I couldn't imagine working at any of bank in the Phila Metro area.

Its a great company that isn't sales oriented but more Customer Service Focused. They encourage growth and is a growing company with no bad debt unlike the other big banks.

Cons

THE PAY MAN!! You really have to push for a higher pay at acceptance with your HR, because after that your annual salary is minimal at best.
