Great work life balance.....opprotunity to really help people ......solid training for beginner salespeople (redundant for the experienced)

Cons

entire culture being built around a sales points system, the system itself dictates solutions advised, no points = never advised. The ever increasing pressure to get these sales points makes the branch you work at the largest factor for success and advancement. People who work at busy branches get promoted and people who don't get treated like they are doing something wrong. (quotas are all the same from branch to branch). Tiny raises, even smaller bonuses.

- easy work, don't need to take accountability for much. - Regular customers can make your day - Fairly easy to meet goals (bonuses are insultingly low though)

Cons

-Horrible hours for employees - Management is notoriously absent -Nepotism to the extreme - Departments don't work together to accomplish goals
