Company was fraught with scandal the whole time I worked there- an then bought out by a Canadian Bank- TD.

Good solid company. Lots of smart knowledgeable people to learn from. Management does well in comunicating overall strategy and results. Stars do well and are groomed by management

Cons

Very corporate which means lots of bureaucracy. Easy to become a small fish in the big pond which makes it easy to become pidgeon holed. If you are not seen as a star it's difficult to change opinions in such a large workplace
