Pros
- Sometimes you land cool and interesting work - You get to work with some really smart and amazing folks
Cons
- Management can be toxic. Some managers will say you aren't performing well but have unclear & poorly defined performance goals and also fail to provide you with enough advance notice that it is an issue so that you can't course correct. - Some managers are discriminatory towards persons with disabilities, ignoring requests for accommodations during interviews, ignoring requests for accommodations on the job, etc. It's a total complete gong show and frightening workplace for persons with disabilities because you don't know what kind of manager you'll end up with. Unfortunately, the part about TD being inclusive towards persons with disabilities is a farce until they snuff out the bad eggs within management.
