Experience gained may be useful early in one’s career. Some opportunities to learn new systems and tools. Projects can be technically interesting depending on the team. Provides exposure to large-scale systems.
Cons
Work-life balance is very poor, long hours are common and not respected. There is an expectation to be available even after work hours. The 4-day return-to-office policy feels unnecessary and forced, this policy has made work-life balance worse. Leadership decisions feel disconnected from day-to-day reality. Employee concerns are acknowledged but rarely acted upon. Compensation is below market standards for similar roles and experience levels. Total compensation is not aligned with the cost of living.
