Pros

Working for the top bank in Canada has its pros. Clients recognize the brand and truly are happy to do business with TD. Great hours for then clients. Great benefits and pension packages.

Cons

Irregular hours if you work in branch. Mon-Sun work days. Some days work until 8 pm. Difficult targets to reach, and a lot of pressure to sell credit protection.

All you can take away is experience.

Cons

Poor hours, poor compensation, corporate double talk about culture and employee value, but there is ZERO work life balance. It’s all about being convenient for customers, but then they do not compensate you for taking your life away.
