      Pros

      Paid weekly and thats really it.

      Cons

      Hard workers are not recognized or rewarded. This place is for individuals that schmooze team leaders and/or managers all day by hanging out in their offices all day and then go back to their desk to take 5 calls for the entire day. Those team leaders and managers will be soo dazzled be these individuals that they then promote them to team leaders. Then these former brokers now team leaders will recruit the next bums at Meloche that do no work like them in their earlier days as brokers. Once these individuals succeed in becoming team leaders and recruiting more bums, they will treat the rest of the employees as serfs and think they will regard themselves as the lords of kingdom.

      Pros

      Great place to start a career but dont stay longer than a couple of years.

      Cons

      You don't want to stay with the company for too long: the culture is in-bred, and with them its who-you-know not how-you-do. Some of the worst employees I knew were promoted to the higher levels. It seemed like the more incompetent you were the more you got promoted. This company is truly rotten on the inside -- the HR department is particularly rancid -- they have zero accountability for their actions.

      Good hourly pay and quartly payout. Career advancement opportunties.

      Cons

      PTO is dissapointing. Work all holidays, except xmas and thanskgiving. Early mornings and late nights. And weekends. Extremely excessive intensive pressure to meet sales goals. Very overwhelming high expectancy. High Volume Branch. Customers are very high maintenance and will disrespect you and sexually harass you. They can get away with it because they are rich and the bank depends on there business.
