      Good working experience until 2013 when the internal work culture began to deteriate

      Good products, services and staff

      Cons

      Upper management began to disconnect with front line sales and service. Began the deterioration of lack of respect for employees and systematically began to dispose of employees. Take a look at a local branch and try to see a staff member over 50. After 14 years I see the deterioration of a company by treating their employees like dirt. No full time positions any more, 7 days a week (work life balance?)

      working environment, nice lounge room for lunch, co-workers were very friendly and supportive

      Unorganized training, unbalanced workload within a team, extremely pushy cooperate culture. My senior manager came from a branch and the way she managed the team is to have a small group of people dealing with huge amount of tickets everyday during peak season, while sharing shopping experience or family anecdotes with another group which has much smaller workload. Ignoring the tardiness of the latter group while being extremely picky on the former one as they didn't spend enough time to buildup personal relationship with her.

      Working environment is very good, and location is convenience to reach too.

      Cons

      The policies are not good for a contractor. They treated a contractor differently with a regular employee. The position of the contractor has been moved, or terminated the contract at any time without any reason.
