      Pros

      Compensation is decent. TD stock options program is good. Pension program is good.

      Cons

      Leaders are self serving. They don't take care of their people. Inexperienced junior executives. Constant Org changes with little regard for the workers. Always about saving costs, reducing heads etc... Inability to nail down strategic technology vision they can actually achieve. leadership team has quite a few "bulls in their china shop". so much governance, everyone needs to know everything at every level and it takes forever to deliver. Portfolio leaders are hyper focused on methods vs. getting stuff done (they say they aren't but their actions speak differently).

      Pros

      Good benefits, the PTO is amazing. I learned a lot in my line of work, but also about employee appreciation & being a good coworker. The WOW! Culture is something I wish many more organizations would learn & adopt. Do a browser search for Halloween photos, they depict this wonderful culture :) They go above and beyond to make Employees and Customers feel special. They have a mission of diversity and inclusivity, and it's apparent. WOW! your Customer, whether internal or external, fosters a positive working environment.

      Cons

      Balance. During my long tenure, it was always expected to respond to emails at all hours and on vacations. No matter what department I reported to (there were 3 in my tenure, and in separate areas of the bank. Same expectation in each one). I once had to take my laptop to Europe on vacation. Yes, the work is important, but there have to be better backup and coverage plans. And sometimes...it can wait. It's WOW! to get back to people quickly, but you need personal balance too...and some things can wait until Monday.
