      -Great team culture -Lots of opportunities to move around within the bank -Many opportunities to learn, both within and outside of your role. Freedom to try your hand at different things

      Cons

      -Management level is very fluid, so people are constantly shifting between a set of roles. Tough to build a strong rapport with your manager before they move onto a different role.
