Pros
Many good people to work with. Most are very sincere in desire to help the client. Some specific top line growth campaigns are appalling, eg, branches trying to get customers to increase their Visa limits when it is not needed. There is definitely a focus on the share price by middle and senior management.
Cons
It's a bank and is very linear in its behaviour. A few people in authority in this region are truly unpleasant to work with / for.
