Pros

Can't offer many Pro's for TD Wealth, other sectors of the bank were much more positive and welcoming, avoid the Wealth Management teams unless you plan to build your own.

Cons

TD Wealth has a terrible culture, one that prioritizes their high level Advisors and Management, your ideas and opinions will not be heard or appreciated. Your time is compensated poorly and growth is limited because your use case is a paper pusher or the one doing the work on the back-end.
