Pros

You will be working on a friendly environment, with several benefits apart from the usual airline discounted tickets. You will have access to a health unit for medical treatment at Lisbon premisses, also to a gym and kindergarten (for newborns up to 3 years old).

Cons

There are limited career opportunities and sometimes areas are not very well organized. You may feel things take long time to achieve, particularly if you are career oriented. There are no tangible benefits, particularly if you achieve the goals proposed to you.

Pros

Greatest national airline. Possibility of choosing to ingress in Narrow Body, Wide Body or Narrow Wide fleets. Special rosters for students and recent parents. A couple who live together can have the same planned flights upon request.

Cons

Promotions are solely based on seniority. Inefficient evaluation system. Many flight attendants lack motivation.
