Evolution is a good surplus. They will give you all the tools you'll need to become a good worker, great team spirit.

Cons

Not as competitive as other airline salaries Higher hierarchy don't respect / recognise working class, leaving people without will to give everything for them.

Pros

TAP is a great place to grow, there are plenty formations and lots know-how.

Cons

Unfortunately after you acquire the knowledge, there is not a focus on stimulating the workers and award those more dedicated. So at some point everyone gets tired and levels by the less proficient.

Pros

TAP is a good school and gives aircraft courses, staff travel, wealth insurance and some other benefits

Cons

The team leaders put the workers underpressure and don't recognise them, the salary is very low for the work and they don't want allow the employees to be transfered to other areas.
