Overall nice working environment. Travel perks. Good health care provider.

Cons

Government owned airline.Too many politicians inside the airline. Poor management. Huge per diem pay discrimination between permanent and contract staff. Bad union representation.

Good overall conditions like medical insurance and hotel accommodation.

Cons

The salary is quite low to start with and depends mostly on the flights and layovers you get. You get the same for flying 2h or 10h which is unfair. A company very much based on old hierarchies and you’ll get better flights if you’re friends with someone inside.
