You will be working on a friendly environment, with several benefits apart from the usual airline discounted tickets. You will have access to a health unit for medical treatment at Lisbon premisses, also to a gym and kindergarten (for newborns up to 3 years old).

Cons

There are limited career opportunities and sometimes areas are not very well organized. You may feel things take long time to achieve, particularly if you are career oriented. There are no tangible benefits, particularly if you achieve the goals proposed to you.

Cons

- Unknown reasons for promotions; - Old and lazy staff; - Very hard to get on the board; - Colleagues are not cooperative with each other; - Hard working doesn't pays off; - Lots of influence needed to change from a department to another. Does not matter how good a employee is; - Lots of political influence inside the company; - Working in different departments is like working in different companies. Policies radically change within departments.
