Management needs to stop pushing the ability of their employees off the ledge. Given too many projects/tasks with unrealistic deadlines and set up for failure.

It is a highly misbehaved organisation especially the mumbai branch never had such a terrible experience HR and Management will just record and preserve all the complaints and will probably make it a Bible of TUV Rheinland
