The worst structure and leadership

Management lies to you constantly. They will promise things and then pretend they never said it, they will ignore major problems they don't want to deal with and then try to blame others for things they caused. They lie to upper management all the time too. They threaten to fire you or demote you all the time. I'm pretty sure half the things that we were told to do were super illegal and when we brought up concerns using the anonymous tip line, the tip line was shut down and they told us all we were replaceable. Leadership has NO idea what they are doing so it's always stressful and they want to blame everyone else. The director will actively tell you that work is more important than family and threaten you when anything you do outside of work interferes with your ability to work outside of scheduled hours. It's just the most toxic work environment I've ever been in.
