Pros

Excellent marketing teams in Poland's RSSC Katowice and local markets worldwide, eager to collaborate and exchange knowledge. A positive atmosphere prevails in the office.

Cons

Collaboration with headquarters has become a nightmare. Following the restructuring, only a handful of competent individuals remain. Internal clients are intolerable, behaving as though they are external entities. Despite claiming inclusivity, German counterparts often exhibit chauvinistic behaviour. They are impolite, incompetent, and persistently push their opinions even when lacking understanding. Decisions made by senior management are incomprehensible, leading to chaos and financial waste. There's a negative atmosphere and poor cooperation from higher management down to regular employees on German part.
