      Growth and opportunities are on the whim of the handful , leads to autocracy and nepotism Performance appraisal is a joke and employee morale are usually low Information flow is top-down only, with employee feedback not appreciated and completely ignored Career growth options exist only for a select few (on factors not related to skills and experience)
