Asia Pacific is terrible

Pros

The only thing is to make sure you negotiate a good pay

Cons

There are plenty of cons. In Asia Pacific, this company is really considered at startup stage. and with the budget cuts looming, it is tougher to make this region grow with so little budget. Plus the mgmt team on marketing is bad. No experience at all, yet trying to control markets. Weird. Everyone is double and triple hatting. there is only so much one can do and some people just dont have what it takes to take on other areas. Processes are bad. HR, the basic stuff, are really screwed up.

Pros

Good company to grow and enhance as a professional. High possibility to deal with coleagues from other branches arround the world also good traveling experience.

Cons

The company is being restructured in Brazil and passes through a lot of structural changes. This brings instability and unsafety as workers.
