      Company understand employees value and always do support.

      Cons

      Its a third party consultant company and employees will always be deputed to work under client control. Pay scale is not good as per market standards.

      Good teammates and Manager to work with. Have a good and systematic training provide during the time, you can join the training voluntarily. The overall benefits are good.

      Cons

      Salary increment not really cover the yearly inflation rate. Have to work overtime during the peak season.
