A lot of self interest to justify their own decisions. Politics, politics, politics Good people come and leave not long after Selfish with knowledge and qualifications which are all ringfenced in Cologne

Cons

1. Relocation 2. It recruits on contract basis in starting. So employees have a feel of insecurity of job if there are no future projects/ work.
