Pros

Flex-time ( 7 to 10 am ~ 16 to 19 -> work 8 hours a day) You can take long vacation(if you don't have any urgent assignments) No overtime if you don't have urgent things to do Move office to new building

Cons

Low salary(Junior level: 2 to 3.3M KRW), but managers get high salary (7 to 10M KRW) Lots of people got fired but also hired new people(new managers) Too many redundant guidelines, process, paper works No benefits (Medical check, clubs, workshop, and...???) Sales going down, red ocean Using overtime is very tricky. (Low cash compensation)
