      1. Employees learn how to work Independently with a new team and customers. 2. Employees get good exposure to new fields/ Technology / companies. 3. Management is supportive.

      Cons

      1. Relocation 2. It recruits on contract basis in starting. So employees have a feel of insecurity of job if there are no future projects/ work.

      1)Worst Top level heads who just concentrate on burdening employees rather than thinking how effective can be done to improvise. 2)No employee values are respected 3)Pay is less when compared to OutSide market
