Almost 160 years old, the organisation's focus is still on quality and safety, which is socially and environmentally good. The service portfolio is huge, so there are a lot of opportunities to practise solution selling. Highly educated and smart colleagues are big pluses. Work-life is relatively balanced.
Cons
Unharmonised HR policies across countries including salaries grades and employee benefits caused quite some disgruntlement.
