Worst organization in terms of work and respect
Pros
- Few departments managers are good which make work life easier (Eg: Chemical department by Rajesh Jain)
Cons
- no respect for the employee and work. You will be considered just as a labourer and if you want to do something innovative or new your manager will not allow and will demotivate. - Most of the weeks saturdays and sundays also you have to go and there wont be any work life balance. management is least bothered about whether you have family and you need time for that. For them work should be finished on time with less manpower. - Nothing as such there to learn, it will be a routine job and you will be forced to do that. You will not have time to learn something new and every time manager will come and check what you are doing. No freedom of work or respect and lot of politics for the promotions and recognitions. - If manager doesnt like you he will not allow you to grow. Whoever comes in saturdays and sundays are the pets for managers and who resist for that willbe in darklight. -Maximum tests need to be done on a single day, eventhough test facility is not there somehow test need to be completed and some results to be given to customer. Few departments are not trusted in terms of results they are providing. -Only for the namesake its there as a MNC company but in terms of work and respect even MSME's in India will treat you better than TUV. - Managers in TUV feels like everything they knows in the world and you cannot counter anything what they say. Most of them came from service industry and infact dont have any technical expertice but behave like they are the best in the world.
