The worst place I have ever worked!

I did love my client services colleagues, but that is about the only nice thing I can say.

Cons

This is the most miserable place I have ever worked in my nearly 20 year career. Super dysfunctional leadership team. People who have worked at Syneos for many years have zero awareness of the market and what other agencies are doing. Additionally, we had an extremely hostile work environment. Team members were held accountable. What a mess!

I worked with some great people (in the 1st half of my employment)!

Cons

I spent many years with the company. I realized that the corporation values the executives, not so much the ordinary hard-working employees. So many people left at the time I left, many teams broke down! People were burnt out. No matter the great track record I had for years, the company would not let me transition and continue to develop in a different department where I was going to be a great fit for. The Manager's support I had would not help either. Line Managers' opinions were not really considered. There was so much talk about how valuable the employees were....none of this was true in my opinion. Just empty talks!

A paycheck and a company car (more like a coffin on wheels).

Cons

There is very little to nothing that I can say positive about my experience at Syneos. Syneos allows the client to treat their reps in any way or fashion. If the client wants to screw the Salesforce out of their hard earned bonus, Syneos is on board. If the client wants to provide less than stars PTO and sick time, Syneos is okay with that. If you voluntarily leave the company, Syneos only pays you 1/3 of your EARNED PTO.
