Pros

Free lunch every day is nice. For the most part a very autonomous working environment. Pay is good.

Cons

Poor health benefits, especially for a company working in healthcare. Limited maternity leave, and zero paternity leave. Takes weeks for HR to answer simple questions. Unstructured management and poor leadership. Lots of turnover at the junior levels. Strategic thinking is antiquated.

I have never worked for such unorganized company. They deviate their own SOPs.... Management has no experience at all and not supportive....This company does not care about their employees.
