Completely new executive leadership team who are implementing too many changes too quickly. It’s chaos at the moment and a lot of highly competent people don’t understand the “why” or “how”. High attrition. Thought leaders and followers are voting with their feet and leaving the business Burn out from constant changes and endless agile sprints and workstreams on top of our day jobs. Pressure to sell/upsell to sponsors

No CoE since PMO dissolved Cutthroat political envirnment with BAs getting PMs removed Lack of PM standards including PMI-style ethics Trying to force portfiolio management tools on PMs Financial responsibilities taken from PMs rendering them nearly clueless about project performance Forced jira no matter if inapplicable Lying and coverups appallingly everywhere Management deceitful too, which is shocking when found out Disenfranchisement at every kevel

Incredibly understaffed Losing profit- billing clients wrong, not receiving all $ for work performed 0 bonus, 0.025% merit increase (a joke) I am a CTM doing CRA tasks, covering visits, contacting sites, etc because there's a major shortage OVERWORKED, 0 life/work balance Disorganized, received barely any training during onboarding and that resulted in several QIs for missed tasks on my behalf, when I was never trained to do any of those items
