Competitive salary with good company culture. Remote work allows for flexible hours.
Cons
Significant overwork without sufficient time, resources, tools, or personnel. Lack of adaptation to current management, communications, and AI platforms. Timelines will never get pushed because you are overworked since project hours are not reflected to clients accurately only to secure contracts. Turnover is very high as this position, especially in the Clinical Pharmacology and Bioanalysis division, can only be performed for a few years before reaching burnout.
