Lovely people, but unfortunate management and lacking career potential.

The people who work here are lovely, they are passionate about helping each other out more so than the work itself, which is frequently uninspiring and dull.
Cons
The management is exceptionally inexperienced. With the exception of the main client director and the digital account director, all of the senior staff lack a compassion or understanding of how to work in a team. Often they resort to corporate phrasing, which is uninspiring and transparent. Childish behaviour and pettiness soon get old once one can't seriously manage issues or utilise the skillsets and knowledge current employees have. There is very little new business coming in due to what seems to be a lack of effort or lack of skill, it is unclear at this point. As it stands, this is unlikely to change in the near future. The turnover rate is much higher than is sustainable in such a small office, and a lack of career progression or set goals contribute to the frustration within the teams.
