- Delusional & arrogant leadership from Directors and Managing Directors
- They secretly plot about employees behind closed doors and I've been in meetings where they talk about people they want to leave the company
- They have no empathy for other people and no self-awareness (some therapy might do them good at fostering kindness)
- They don't stand up to client demands and act as actual consultants leading to clients bullying the team
- Financially they're struggling so they pile the pressure on the rest of the staff
- They pay lip service to being "people oriented" and smiley; but behind that are lies and deceit, masking selfishness, a lack of empathy and toxic leadership from Directors and the MD.
