      There were no good experiences working for this organization.

      Cons

      Management was horrible and the manager needed more training. There wasn't a good vibe with the manager whenever we first met, so therefore, I knew that this position was not going to work for me.

      Employee benefits are okay, salary is impossible to improve though.

      Cons

      Really difficult to progress, and if you do, only small steps. No transparency among leadership or management - it is all very political. Recognition from direct line manager is always there, but they are unable to progress you any further. When company was smaller, there was a lot more support and sufficient training. You will be expected to read an SOP and hit the ground running.

      Worst company, leadership are liars, believe nothing they tell you, line managers are awful. These people do not care about you.
