Good work life balance, wonderful and supportive teammates and top management. Im personally very proud of this company being humble and humane towards their employees. They had given alot of support to employees during the covid period but stayed humble by not publicizing the good things they had done Good benefits, but increment not high overall, a very good company to be working in.
