      Pros

      Great work environment. Small company feel with big company benefit. Company had a few troubles, politically but didn't affect smaller people like me, the intern. Laguna beach location is great, the people are super nice. Could have learned more but was a great place to start a career.

      Could have paid more for a large global company like Symrise

      Fun projects come from time to time. Pretty good benefits.

      The North American headquarters in Terboro, New Jersey has an extremely toxic work environment. Especially in Flavor Development. The upper management mistreats people. Everyone seems to be out for themselves.
