      Pros

      Good hours from the beginning, again depending on the airline you were working for, they assigned me Air France and I was working from 11 am untill max 23:30, small team which is nice, because we get to know each others, my supervisors were very nice and friendly, sometimes a bit stressed but that's normal in this industry

      Cons

      Very low pay, no flight benefits, they hire constantly because nobody stay, there's a huge turn-around, no opportunities

      Pros

      Working at the airport and being able to learn from other people and cultures is always a plus.

      Cons

      Avianca give you write ups for almost everything, most of the co-workers are very young and lack of professionalism, the promotions are giving by favoritism or special favors, noting related to experience or ability, most of the supervisors are not properly trained, the environment is very hostile.
