Corporate Responsibility. Before we know how much a disaster is costing us, donations are made, and donations of employees are matched. Great stuff!

As all big companies, there are to many bubbles were pseudo leaders can stay on board and do not provide any added value.

Too many reorganisations, blaming culture, many changes on senior management level, only few senior managers with true leadership skills, networking is essential, too many political mechanisms that cannot be influenced, complex hierarchy, too many mid-level managers
