Great Company with Great Soft Benefits

Pros

Lots of positives with "Own the way you work" and our in house Academy for learning and development. Being a global company has its perks with global opportunities. Big focus on making you good at your career, not just your job.

Cons

Quite a bit of red tape, but that is probably why the company has been around for 150 years.

Part of a global company with excellent programs for employee development. Very professional environment with an excellent reputation in industry.

Cons

Canadian operation is small - approximately 150 people with specialized roles leaving little scope for movement. Some feeling of being subject to head office rules without any real voice.
