Pay well, good benefits, good place for people with savvy political skills, strong managers with deep expertise, better wellbeing outside Asia

Cons

Heavy structure, massive political environment, authoritative, talk well but not congruent. Lack of human sense at times, difficult managers with deep expertise who lack of big picture view. Silo and Slow with massive set backs.

Pros

SR pays well with good benefits, if you could be an obedient person to your manager then you will receive support and good learning and development opportunities. Good marketing effort, loud company value advocate, good communication material (sometimes overflown and overwhelmed). A few good leaders

Cons

Senior management sucks, they all carry their own personal agenda to exist. Political bombs and games every where, they talk but don't expect them to walk. Only a few cares about their people and they will only talk silently and lost their voice over time. Super complex and matrix so there are chances that people an work around silos and still make a good and elegant living. Senior management are managers but not leaders, so they control, dictate with no empowerment. If you like to conform then it's the company that you shall consider.
