Pros
SR put a big emphasis on training providing lots of opportunity to learn. If you're starting in Insurance this is a top place to learn your trade.
Cons
Salary was okay, but I often felt that competitors were paying considerably more for the same level of experience. That being said, the bonuses were not massive but they were consistent even in the years of bad financial performance.
