Pros

There are good people to work with at Swiss Re. The office has a professional atmosphere. For employees there 10 years, there is a generous vacation policy. Also a good 401k plan.

Cons

As with any large company, there are some extra bureaucratic layers that may not be necessary. Sometimes, the focus is a little more interior focused than exterior (customer) focused, but overall, it is a good company to work for.
