      good environment, team events, company values, good management, good work/life balance, career opportunities, year-end bonuses, sick days, contribution to sick leave compensation, overtime compensation

      nothing major, in certain positions regular overtimes are required, which doesn't fit everyone

      Pros

      Company endorses a philosophy of owning the way you work. Decent benefits and working environment. There are many training opportunities to take internal training courses and working with cross function teams.

      Cons

      Very Bureaucratic. Opportunities for advancement limited, especially at the senior management level. Annual increases minimal if any.
