Pros

Excellent training internal and external opportunities, rotations, mentor programmes in place within teams and cross functionally, which leads to lots of lateral opportunities.

Cons

Although the lateral opportunities are exceptional, there are very limited opportunities for vertical development. If you are aggressively ambitious you might find the lack of opportunities disappointing and you will find lots of internal competition.

Strong company which still invests in its employees, working time is really flexible and what managers (at least my) focus on are results, not how many hours you sit in the office.

Cons

As all big corporations decision taking is often slow.

Cons

Small office in Canada and not many opportunities, most of the interesting positions are now offshored to India or Slovakia.
