      401 K, working from home policy, global company

      Cons

      Need better planning in tasks to be completed within a reporting period and better planning in workload. Sometimes this job could be very stressful. e.g. work at almost every night and every weekend for continuous 6 weeks. Sometimes feel like, engineers are tools. The only feature required is 'easy to use' and be able to use whenever needed.

      Pros

      In terms of financial benefits, the firm is focused on providing a decent overall package. The size of the company makes it a stable environment. And if you want a career in the financial sector they are well known.

      Cons

      The area of the business I worked in was subject to frequent adjustment and change. Due to the complexity of the business, you do have to be adaptable and ready for regular change. It's really up to each individual to decide whether this would suit their character, before applying for any career role.

      Working hours are quite flexible. Opportunity to explore within the same firm in different functions is abundant.

      Cons

      No cona so far. Some systems/softwares do need an upgrade. Otherwise the overall experience so far has been enriching.
